Warranty & Return Policy

WHAT IS COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. MVR® warrants its products against defects in manufacturing, material, or workmanship under normal use for their applicable Warranty Periods, subject to conditions contained in this limited warranty. This Limited Warranty will apply only to Products purchased at the online store or through an MVR®-authorised dealer that is subject to and follows MVR®’s quality controls, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Warranty Coverage

MVR® warrants that its products are free from defects in materials or workmanship for up to 2 years from the date of purchase.

This warranty only applies to MVR® products purchased by you and does not extend to or cover damage caused by incorrect use or installation of the MVR® product, through your modification of the MVR® product, cosmetic damage, general wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents.

Important Notes

The warranty applies to your purchased MVR® product only, and not to any device to which the MVR® product is affixed or used in conjunction with.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

If you need to make a warranty claim for your MVR® product, follow these steps:

Retail Store Purchase: If you bought your MVR® product from a retail store, return it to the place of purchase along with a valid proof of purchase. They will assist you with the warranty claim process.

Online Purchase: For products purchased online, reach out to us via email at support@mvr-store.com.

Before submitting your claim, ensure you have:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • A brief explanation of the situation

Once we receive your claim, we’ll review it. If approved (subject to physical inspection of the product), we’ll ask you to return the faulty product to the address below. Customer is responsible for transportation and postage costs.

Replacement Process

To process the claim, you must return the faulty product to us with eligible proof of purchase.

Upon receiving the faulty item, we’ll assess it. If eligible, we’ll send out a replacement product directly to your address within Australia via standard shipping within 7 working days.

Screen Protector

Warranty Period: 2 years. If your MVR® Screen Protector cracks on impact or have scratches, it has fulfilled its purpose of protecting your device’s screen. However, this won’t be considered a manufacturing fault.

The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect applications of the MVR® Screen Protector, such as air pockets forming or loss of adhesion due to improper installation.

The warranty applies to your purchased MVR® product only, and not to any device to which the MVR® product is affixed or used in conjunction with.

Phone Covers, Wireless Chargers, Power Adapters, Cables, Power Banks, Audio, Car Mounts

Warranty Period: 2 years. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, water damage and unauthorized modifications of your MVR® Products.

The warranty applies to your purchased MVR® product only, and not to any device to which the MVR® product is affixed or used in conjunction with.
